Every parcel is personally delivered by a little echidna named Mr Tiffles, who loves adventuring all over the world while posting your mail! 🍓🦔

Monthly Cut-Off

Sign-ups close on the 12th of each month.

This means that if you sign up on or before the 12th of August, you will receive August's letter. Orders placed after the 12th will receive the following month’s letter. 💌

Billing & Delivery

Your subscription is billed on the same day each month, based on when you first sign up.

Example: If you join on the 7th of February, you’ll be billed again on the 7th of March, 7th of April, and so on. If you ever wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time before your next billing date.

All letters leave The Woodland Burrow on the 15th of each month. Once posted, delivery takes approximately 1–4 weeks depending on your location, as all letters are travelling from Australia.
