Because each letter is lovingly created and sent specifically for you, I'm unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

All letters are sent from The Burrow using traditional post, the old-fashioned way!! There is no tracking or express delivery. Instead, each letter arrives just as it’s meant to. Letters leave The Burrow on the 12th of each month, and from there typically take around 1–4 weeks to reach you, depending on where you are in the world. ✨
💌 𝐂𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐚 𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫/𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?
You can absolutely gift a letter or a subscription. In fact, Mr Tiffles is especially fond of gifting parcels (he insists they carry extra joy). You can send a one-off letter or a recurring subscription to someone special, and we’ll make sure it arrives as a little surprise in their letterbox. ✨
